- Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Custom or personalized hats may take 5–7 business days to process.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
- Orders valued at $100 or more require signature confirmation upon delivery.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are eligible for Standard shipping only.
Once an order has entered the processing stage, shipping addresses cannot be modified. Please verify your address carefully at checkout.
- Report lost packages within 5 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the packaging and product.
